Sunset over the Adriatic, sand beneath your feet and 23 gourmet stops: on Tuesday, September 8, Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori will bring its Dinner Show to Lignano for the first time, transforming the beach next to Terrazza a Mare into a large open-air gastronomic lounge.
Organised in collaboration with Lisagest, the evening will mark the end of the group’s 2026 gourmet tour. For 26 years, Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori has brought together restaurateurs, producers, winemakers, distillers and food artisans to showcase the distinctive culinary identity of Friuli Venezia Giulia. After the events at Castello di Spessa and in Grado, Lignano will provide a particularly spectacular setting, combining elegance, conviviality and flavour.
The evening will follow the group’s signature Dinner Show format: from 7 p.m., guests will be free to move between 23 stations, where chefs will cook live and present dishes inspired by autumn and the diversity of the region, from the sea to the plains, hills and mountains.
Each dish will be paired with wines from the participating winemakers, in a journey designed to highlight local territories, grape varieties and production styles. The evening will end with desserts, accompanied by coffee and spirits.
Taking part will be 23 restaurants from the group: AB Osteria Contemporanea, Ai Fiori, Al Gallo, Al Grop, Al Paradiso, Al Ponte, All’Androna, Alla Luna, Costantini di Collalto, Da Alvise, Da Nando, Enoteca di Buttrio, Il Grappolo d’Oro, La Torre, Le Fucine Gourmet, Lokanda Devetak, Mandi Parentesi Friulana, Motus Contemporary Bistrot, Radici, Riva Zanelli, San Michele, Tre Merli and Vitello d’Oro.
The event will also feature numerous Friuli Venezia Giulia winemakers and distillers, as well as the group’s food artisans, offering cheeses, cured meats, olive oil, fish, bread, pastries, ice cream, gubana, tiramisù and coffee.
The Dinner Show will begin at 7 p.m. In case of bad weather, it will be rescheduled for September 9. Tickets cost €90.
