FAQ

Beach umbrellas are assigned at the reception.

They are situated at the beach office No.16 "Gabbiano" and include 2 sunbeds.

The beach umbrella is fitted with a beach safe.

And you can use for free the shower with warm water.

We are at your disposal for payments every day from 8.00 am till 10.00 pm. To avoid queues at check-out, we advise you to pay for your stay the day before departure.

You can choose from the following methods of payment:

- Cash payment is only possible up to maximum € 4.999,99

- Credit card (Visa - Mastercard - Cartasi ) or ATM cash card

- Bank draft, at least 4 days prior to departure

Check-in: Our appartaments are available to guests from 4pm.
If you arrive earlier, all the hotel’s amenities are at your disposal: the beach umbrella or a cool swim in the pool.

We kindly ask you to leave your luggage in the car until the room is ready.

Check out: The room and the parking will be available until 10am.

Bicycles for adults (also with child seats) and children are available to our guests free of charge from 8am till 11pm.

They cannot be booked in advance and can be hired for a maximum of 4 hours!

When you return, you are kindly asked to drop off the keys at reception.
At the bike parking is possible to self-sanitize your bike.

If you have decided to take also your faithful 4-legged friend on vacation, don't worry:

animals are welcome at the Aparthotel Carinzia & Freestyle (provided that they behave well and do not disturb the other guests)!
They cannot be taken to the pool area, into the breakfast room and on our private beach.

For emergencies there is a vet’s surgery nearby.
For the cleaning of the room in the hotel, simply arrange it with the chambermaid: she will come and tidy up while you are out walking the dog.
In about a 5 minute-walk you can find a stretch of beach where dogs are allowed and welcome "Sunny Pet". https://www.sunnypet.it/en/
