Here is briefly how, also this summer, we will continue to take care of you and your family:

 

Upon arrival ... The check-in procedure can be speeded up: you will receive an email where you can enter your documents. We will always be there and for all your concerns or special needs, do not hesitate to ask!

 

Cleaning your room ... since last year we have tested special cleaning and sanitizing procedures that will also be maintained in the summer of 2021.

 

In the hall and on each floor next to the elevator you will always find sanitizing gel.

How does breakfast work? How does breakfast work?

 

Breakfast will be served directly in your room.

 

You can order your favorite products from our breakfast menu, we will deliver them to you at your preferred time between 7:30 and 10:30.

 

Can't find something you want on our menu? No problem, just ask!

Where will our beach umbrella be? Where will our beach umbrella be?

 

Beach umbrellas are assigned at the reception.

 

They are situated at the beach office No.16 "Gabbiano" and include 2 sunbeds.

The beach umbrella is fitted with a beach safe.

 

And you can use for free the shower with warm water.

How can I pay for my stay? How can I pay for my stay?

 

We are at your disposal for payments every day from 8 am till 10.00 pm. To avoid queues at check-out, we advise you to pay for your stay the day before departure.

 

You can choose from the following methods of payment:

- Cash payment directly in the hotel up to € 1.999,99 max

- Credit card (Visa - Mastercard - Cartasi ) or ATM cash card

- Bank draft, at least 4 days prior to departure

What are the check-in and check-out times? What are the check-in and check-out times?

 

Check-in: Our appartaments are available to guests from 4pm. If you arrive earlier, all the hotel’s amenities are at your disposal: the beach umbrella or a cool swim in the pool.

We kindly ask you to leave your luggage in the car until the room is ready.

 

Check out: The room and the parking will be available until 10am.

Do you have any bicycles? Do you have any bicycles?

 

Bicycles for adults (also with child seats) and children are available to our guests free of charge from 8am till 11pm.

They cannot be booked in advance and can be hired for a maximum of 4 hours!

When you return, you are kindly asked to drop off the keys at reception.
At the bike parking is possible to self-sanitize your bike.

Do you accept animals? Do you accept animals?

 

Dogs are welcome at the Aparthotel Carinzia.

They are not allowed in the swimming-pool area and in the breakfast room.
